A multi-family development of 14 flats for a private developer in Gloucester. The site lies within the Southgate Street Conservation Area in central Gloucester and was was developed in close consultation with the local planning authority to arrive at a design which is contemporary and stylish whilst complementing the character of the surrounding area.

The front building has been designed to respect the scale and proportions of the streetscape, whilst the contemporary mews-style buildings to the rear of the narrow site maximises the development potential whilst minimising the impact on the neighbouring properties.
