We are pleased to have recently bagged another important planning consent for 17 one and two-bedroom flats in the Southgate Street Conservation Area in central Gloucester. The development maximises the potential of the tricky urban brownfield gap site to provide more much needed affordable accommodation whilst taking great care to avoid overlooking and daylight loss to its neighbours.
