We are pleased to announce that our scheme for 9 new affordable flats has been given the go-ahead by Gloucester City Council. The site sits immediately next door to another of our schemes at 5-7 Park Road which was recently completed and sold to Gloucester City Homes. The proposed development at 9 Park Road replaces the derelict Good Templars Hall and will include a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bed flats with secure courtyard access.
