We are pleased to share the news that another of our recent residential projects has secured detailed planning consent. The project comprises a two-storey extension and complete internal refurbishment of a historic workers' cottage to form a single family home in the delightful Cotswold village of Westmancote.
The property lies within the Westmancote Conservation Area and has been sensitively designed to fit sympathetically within the existing historic village setting whilst providing a contemporary and comfortable internal layout.
The planning application faced spirited opposition from the local Parish Council however Architects Dyer successfully presented a reasoned case for the development and detailed planning consent was secured at planning committee in April 2023.
