Tim Hampson Director
BA (Hons) DipArch RIBA ARIAS ARB
Tim is an experienced architect and practice principal with a successful career spanning over 30 years. Tim joined Roger Dyer Associates in 1992 and became a Director of the practice in 1994. Having spearheaded the establishment of offices in London, Moscow and Abu Dhabi for Dyer, Tim returned to the Cotswolds in 2016 to found Architects Dyer, focussing on the design and delivery of exciting projects and opportunities throughout the UK. Tim excels in team leadership and and enjoys engaging with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements with the aim of exceeding their project expectations. He has considerable experience across all sectors and has worked with large multi-national organisations, end-users, contractors, government agencies, major developers, local developers and private clients. He has an excellent track record in securing planning permission, often for complex and constrained sites.

Charlotte Hampson Director
BA (Hons) DipArch ARB
Charlotte is a chartered architect with over 10 years experience in managing complex projects through design, tender and construction stages. She thrives at problem-solving, using a people-centred approach and a keen eye for detail to resolve both design and construction challenges.
Charlotte trained at the Mackintosh School of Architecture in Glasgow and has since worked for a number of prominent design practices in London and Glasgow, delivering projects in various sectors including mixed-use, residential (high-end, private and affordable) and commercial property.
Her interests lie in the improvement of the built environment, be that through large or small gestures. Her focus is on producing high quality, well designed and sustainable architecture that all can enjoy and that genuinely improves the lives of the end user.

Gregor Wight Associate Director
BSc (Hons) MArch ARB
Gregor is a chartered architect with over 15 years professional experience working for a number of award-winning architectural practices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and London. He has a thorough understanding of the importance of placemaking and a desire to create beautiful, enduring buildings and places which embody the unique characteristics of their location. He understands the planning process and the skills needed to steer complex or contentious projects through the various stages and levels of consultation. Gregor has a passion and aptitude for good design and the value it can add, and prides himself on providing exceptional solutions for our clients and their stakeholders by understanding their needs.
