The proposed extension will add a further double bedroom suite and family bathroom at first floor level, and a self-contained accessible annex at ground floor with guest bedroom, shower room and kitchenette / utility. The proposed extension will add 50% to the existing floor area of the dwelling.

 

The proposals have been sensitively designed to respond positively to the existing building and the Conservation Area setting using a traditional pallette of materials in a contemporary way.
