Hotel Meudon is a 30 room hotel in Mawnan Smith near Falmouth. Following the purchase of Hotel Meudon in late 2020, the new owner wanted to undertake a complete refurbishment of the main hotel as well as introducing balconies to the sea facing rooms. The construction programme of 5 months was tight but necessary to allow the hotel to take advantage of the summer trading months. Architects Dyer worked closely with the client and the interior designer to ensure this was completed to programme and budget.
