First phase of a wider landscape-led masterplan to provide around 200 new family homes in Allaston, near Lydney, in the Forest of Dean. The masterplan is set to deliver much needed new high quality housing of mixed tenure, including open market, affordable, age-restricted affordable, and self-build properties.
